General Questions

Is bonding required to book these cruises?

Yes, we require agents to be bonded for any bookings to be made.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is due 16 weeks prior to the departure date.

Who can we discuss developing business with Voyages of Discovery?

Is free parking available for Ex-Uk cruises?

Yes, at both Portsmouth and Harwich.

Are gratuities, guest speakers and port lecturers included in the fare?

Yes, it's all included.

How can we order brochures?

You can order all our brochures via www.trade-gate.co.uk

Which UK airports are used for fly/cruises?

We generally use London’s Gatwick and Heathrow airports. Flights from Manchester and other regional airports may be available on request – a supplement will apply. Please enquire at the time of booking.

How do we make a booking?

By calling our dedicated reservation team on 0844 822 0800. Please have your ABTA number ready.

What are your opening hours?

Weekdays 09.00 to 19.00 Saturdays 09.00 to 17.00 Sundays 10.00 to 16.00

Can we discount the prices of the cruises?

No, we have a strict no discounting policy – Please ask if you require further information.
